Architectural Services:
A fixed fee will be presented in the Design Agreement for a complete set of architectural services. A fixed fee is used to give the client an opportunity to know what the cost of design services will be, from the beginning. If additional services are required they will be discussed beforehand, as each project can present unique circumstances.
Fee Program:
Our fees are based on a price per square foot calculation, our involvement in the project and the level of deliverables required. The fee’s are adjusted based on the type of project, complexity of project, and owner’s needs. Additional services will be included in the initial fee structure if requested in advance. If additional services are determined to be needed during the project for any unique circumstances, the fee and scope of work will be documented as a change order.
We require a 10% escrow payment before work begins and a bill for services will be rendered monthly when deliverables are made or completion of a phase. The Design Agreement will detail the three phases of the design:
1 – Schematic Design
2 – Developed Design
3 – Working/Construction Drawings
